It is this faith and belief that fills us with the confidence to conquer all obstacles, vanquish all odds and be the person we have always dreamt of.

To my mind an educational institute is not just about bricks, mortar and concrete, but about building character, enriching minds and about experiences that last a lifetime.

At Adarsh World School, the curriculum followed is focused yet flexible enough to foster integrated development by providing opportunities for discovering talent, stimulating intellectual growth and thus sharpening sensibilities to achieve excellence. This almanac aims to act as a bridge between the teacher and the parent who share the joint responsibility for working towards the well being of the student. It gives a clear glimpse of the learning process which aims to be more participative and provides scope for creative expression, confidence building and organizational skills.

About Adarsh World School

At Adarsh World School, we believe not only in providing education that will foster integrated development but also in building character, enriching minds and equipping our students with skills that will hold them in good stead throughout their lives.

Adarsh World School, situated in the heart of Dwarka, was started on 24st March 2008, said to be the longest day in the English Calendar year. Situated in Sector 12 of Dwarka phase I, the school boasts of a very well ventilated & scientifically designed building.

The school boasts of a wide variety of extra curricular activities & minutely studied sports curriculum to bring out the best of talent among its students. The academic curriculum is also the result of over 100 years of collective teaching experience. It fosters brotherhood & peace, growth, personality development & a vision to compete with the best in the world. Rightly, the school motto of creating global leaders.

The school is located in South West Delhi & is in very close proximity, the Sector 12 DMRC Station. This gives a very convenient & affordable means to & from school. The Indira Gandhi International Airport is also a 20 minute drive. This makes it very convenient for foreign students & visitors coming to the school.

Vision Statement

The Adarsh schools' in Delhi have a vision - the vision of providing quality education on one hand and inculcating and co-combining a perfect blend of 'Adarsh' i.e. ideals and high principles of life, on the other. This also necessitates keeping one's feet firmly planted in the age old values and a sojourn in the field of all that is new and fast emerging. Adarsh World School has been set up with this adage in mind.

The school plans to send at least 25% of its finishing students across the world to furnish various courses from top Colleges & Universities, on the other hand, invite at least 5% students from abroad to study in its campus in various grades.

Infrastructure Of School

The school boasts a well designed building which caters to the various needs of the students in the school.

Reading Room

The reading room is open to all students of the school. All the classes are provided with one library period per week.

Sports Facilities

The school has facilities tor sports like Basketball, Soft Ball, Roller Skating, Table Tennis & other Athletic events. The students can also avail the locker facility for storing their sports equipment in the school itself.

Science Labs

The school has state-of-the-art labs which have been recently renovated to keep in tune with the changing times. They are fully equipped with latest gadgets and equipments. There are three computer labs and a Multi Media room furnished with latest technology.

Maths Lab

Maths has ceased to remain a phobia tor the students alter the Inception of Maths lab In the school. Lab periods have been allotted in the time table tor all classes wherein this subject ' taught practically There is a remarkable change in the attitude of the children towards this subject and learning maths is indeed fun now.

Computer Lab

The school is equipped with state-of-art computer lab which ensures an early exposure of the students to modern technologies. The lab gives the students an opportunity to innovate and enhance their skills.

School Conveyance

The school provides transport facilities on selected routes. Bus fee is payable in advance along with tuition tee.

School Counselor

The parents can seek the advice of experienced counselor in case their ward needs any psychological assistance. Prior appointment in this regard is solicited.

Faculty

A motivated, dedicated and well qualified faculty ensures the over all well being of the students. A good student teacher ratio makes it possible to monitor the progress of every child. The faculty is comfortable with using modern technologies to make learning more interactive and effective.
